How do I request a quote?
Use the form on any product page or email sales@autolectricsystems.com with model/part number, quantity, required date, and delivery location. We usually reply within one business day with price, stock, and lead time.
What products/brands do you provide?
Electrification and automation parts (drives, motors, PLCs, LV/MV switchgear, sensors, instrumentation) plus select mechanical spares through vetted partners. If a brand/model isn’t listed, we can cross-reference an equivalent.
Are the products genuine? Do you provide documents?
Yes—100% new and original from OEMs/authorized channels. We can share datasheets, Certificates of Conformity, country-of-origin, and HS codes with your order.
What are typical lead times and shipping options?
In-stock items ship in 24–72 hours. Non-stock items depend on OEM schedules. We arrange air/sea/courier shipping and can quote EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR/CIF, or door-to-door on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) for standard orders; L/C at sight for larger projects (subject to approval). Multi-currency invoicing is available—taxes/duties are buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Do you offer technical selection or replacements?
Yes—send your nameplate photos, specs, or BOM. Our team can verify compatibility, propose drop-in replacements, and advise on retrofit/commissioning support.
What is your warranty and RMA process?
OEM warranty applies (commonly 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever comes first). If an issue arises, contact sales@autolectricsystems.com with the order number, fault description, and photos for RMA instructions.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I get samples?
MOQ varies by manufacturer. Many items have no MOQ; some do. Sample units can be arranged where the OEM permits—tell us your requirement and we’ll confirm availability and cost.
